🏃‍➡️What?

Sporty Spirits is a christian running group that was founded during the summer of 2025 by some members of Anchored. Ever since they have been running each week even throughout winter! The sessions starts with a prayer and a warmup and then continues with a tour throughout Antwerp . The routes are of short (3,5km) or moderate (5km) distance and the pace is set so that everyone can follow. They even have a mascotte that runs along and who you’ll soon get to know! 🐶
